We require all customers to sign up for automatic subscription via PayPal. Once you receive your device and/or SIM card, we will send you a subscription link to subscribe to the service. We also recommend to you to signup for a PayPal account. It's free, with numerous benefits to having the automatic payments and PayPal:

4). Easy to cancel without needing to email us .

5). Ability to temporarily suspend the service for a future date.

6). In the event that we ask you to purchase a product from a partner, your account with PayPal will make it easier to do so without hassle.

7). View your payment history for tax and accounting purposes.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14 day, risk free, money-back guarantee on our service and devices. Within the 14 days, please contact us if there's any issues that we can resolve for you prior to a return and refund. After the 14 day period has elapsed, we cannot offer a refund, but we can allow exchanges and upgrades depending on your needs. All exchanges and upgrades for devices are required to be in working order, clean, with all accessories returned as well. 

Our service is prepaid, in 30 day increments. The service is nonrefundable. If the service is unavailable for multiple days, or issues that our within our control, we will do our best to accommodate you and make it right.
